The hotel staff was friendly and made me feel special.

This hotel made me feel important: They called me by name hours after I checked in.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Airport Plaza Inn Inglewood.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I received incorrect directions to locate this hotel. It caused me to wander for all most an hour at one o'clock in the morning to locate this property. I had to wake up for an early flight. I was not happy.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Airport Plaza Inn Inglewood.
I might recommend it to friends.

Best Western Airport Plaza Inn should be closed, it is not worth being a part of an international chain.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Airport Plaza Inn Inglewood.
