Good experience at least in this particular Best Western.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The reservation agent at the front desk was the nicest and most accommodating we had ever run into anyplace before. She couldn't have been more helpful.

The evenings are loud. Help keep noise down after a certain time please! Also, a lower price for those of us who would like to travel and take our kids for a break but have limited income. Thanks!

This hotel made me feel welcome: They helped us find our original booked hotel, and then when we came back, after canceling it, they made us more than welcome at Best Western. When the room we were booked in did not have a clean bathroom, they immediately moved us to a different room.
