Best Western Airport Inn and Suites Orlando Hotel

Having utilized Best Western Hotels almost exclusively for many years due to good customer service, this inn was was a shocking surprise. The room was clean but smelled moldy. The complimentary breakfast was passable (I'm still not sure what the egg disc was supposed to be). The customer service however was appalling. Due to errors reserving the shuttle on the part of the front desk staff, my family almost missed our dream vacation. The worst part was the front desk staff made no effort to help resolve the situation. Their attitude was indifferent and at times flippant. The shuttle is operated by a contractor who services several hotels in the area. The drivers for the contractor were professional and pleasant however the service as advertised by the hotel is utterly unreliable. I will continue to utilize Best Western Hotels in the future but never this location.

Staff was misleading on services, such as complimentary shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was horrible. Rooms were dirty and moldy. And if you were wanting to use anything (fridge, sink, etc.), extra charges apply.

This hotel was nice and the price was fair. breakfast was a plus.

waited at airport for more than an hour from the first call when they told me they did not have my reservation, then when i contacted onetravel.com the hotel found my reservation.

the guy at the front desk was high pressure sales for a couple of transportation companies, he was trying to scare me into canceling the van i had set-up to get to the port. but i used 'michael daley destination' any way, who was wonderful.

This hotel was great! It's close to airport. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We asked for a non smoking room, the first room we were given said non smoking but it smelled like smoke. We called down to the desk and with no hassle, our room was changed. We only stayed one night so we could be close to the airport for our early am flight.

We go to Florida at least once a year. This will now be the hotel we stay at the night before we come home each year! We would not stay here for the whole vacation because there are many more hotels closer to parks. Although the room was clean and comfy enough to want to stay all week
