Best Western Airport Inn Phoenix Hotel

We stay at Best Western hotels all of the time. This one was close to the airport, it had a shuttle to and from the airport and the staff and the accommodations were great.

This hotel made me feel respected: I was not a member of the Best Western club and the reservations clerk helped me fill out the form and then counted this visit in their program. I did not have to wait until I had gotten my confirmation in the mail.

I was very impressed with the staff. My stay was because Hawaii had just had the earthquake and my flight was canceled. My bags flew on without me. I had no toothpaste, hairbrush, or deodorant. The manager and desk clerk managed to supply me with those items. I was very grateful.

This hotel made me feel secure: The rooms were very safe having several locks on the door. I felt safe knowing I could count on the staff.

I always get a consistent level of quality at a reasonable price there.

The hotel amenities were decent. The room was fairly clean, and the front desk was friendly. However, I wouldn't want to walk alone outside the hotel at night. I got the impression that the neighborhood was not the safest, even in the daytime.
