It was a good place to stay in. The one drawback was the lack of a quality place to eat within walking distance. The Kopper Kitchen was mediocre.
This hotel made me feel respected: I was treated like my business was important.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Our flight into Boise was delayed, and we arrived around midnight. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, even though it was really late.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk clerk was very friendly. I had been driving all day, and was tired and frustrated. He got me settled into a room, and suggested some places close by where I could get a good dinner at a reasonable price.
