I fly to Honolulu through Phoenix once a year, sometimes twice and usually stay at this hotel. In the past, I have thought that the hotel provided good value for the money. On my last trip two weeks ago, the cost of the room had increased 40% over the previous December. I was truly disappointed and will not stay here again. This hotel is not in a good neigborhood and is not in my opinion is not worth $105.00 a night. They do provide free shuttle service 24 hours a day but so do other hotels which charge less.

We stay at Best Western hotels all of the time. This one was close to the airport, it had a shuttle to and from the airport and the staff and the accommodations were great.
I was not a member of the Best Western club and the reservations clerk helped me fill out the form and then counted this visit in their program. I did not have to wait until I had gotten my confirmation in the mail.

I thought this hotel had exceptional value, and great service. If you are flying out of Sky Harbor and don't want any stress in your life stay there. There airport shuttle is available 24 hours and even found me for pick up when I was standing in...

I was very impressed with the staff. My stay was because Hawaii had just had the earthquake and my flight was canceled. My bags flew on without me. I had no toothpaste, hairbrush, or deodorant. The manager and desk clerk managed to supply me with those items. I was very grateful.
The rooms were very safe having several locks on the door. I felt safe knowing I could count on the staff.

The hotel amenities were decent. The room was fairly clean, and the front desk was friendly. However, I wouldn't want to walk alone outside the hotel at night. I got the impression that the neighborhood was not the safest, even in the daytime.
