I stopped because I was tired and didn't want to drive any further. The outside was clean and well lighted. The man inside was very nice and offered for me to see the room first, I declined. I had a downstairs room, very clean and had everything I needed or had asked for, a bonus of a celing fan. The bath was clean and had the usual, and other anmenities. The breakfast bar had all the regular things, but was clean, and well stocked, enjoyed my short stay, just passing through. 6-28-08

The "free" breakfast must be eaten in the Lobby with the manager Judy. Guests are not allowed to take anything, including a cup of coffee, to their rooms. However you can call and order takeout delivered to your room if you like. If you complain about the breakfast, Judy will call your place of employment, the convention you are with or the group you are with and tell them she is the owner (not the manager, which she really is) of the property and try and get you fired/reprimanded/excused because you questioned HER rules. Complaining is against the rules in this hotel. Judy likes to hold "court" with her guests in the lobby while you eat your "free" breakfast and listen to her blather on and on about her life. Judy also says that the hotel operates at a loss because of the "free" breakfast. If you try and tell her that the cost of the food is calculated into the price of your room, she will call you dumb and call your job/convention/group again. She does not hesitate to bend or twist the truth to make her story sound better.
Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else....where big brother/mom is not watching.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and its in a good location near the mall and restraints. When I travel to Monroe this is the only hotel I will stay at.

It was right across the street from the airport and the people were very nice and professional. We were there on a Christian mission trip to help with the cleanup. They were still trying to get everything back to normal. A lot of people have not returned.
The front desk person was very nice and knowledgeable. She also shared her story with us. It's remarkable what the people of New Orleans have gone through.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Airport Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was just nasty! The bathroom wasn't clean, the tub had hairs in it, and the sink was dirty, too. The sheets on the bed werent clean either, there were hairs on the sheets and on the blanket. And the toilet ran all night!
