The staff members, including the shuttle drivers, were courteous and pleasant to deal with. I checked in late at night so I only had a little trouble with turning on the lights as the first switch I found was for the bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was late and the shuttle driver was nice enough to walk me to my room.

It was at a good location to get to the airport and included free transport service to and from LAX. The transportation guy that picked me up was really great and friendly. The rooms were surprisingly large but dimly lit. There was not too much in the way of TV channels, if that really matters.
