The manager and her staff are always just the greatest. They go out of their way to make sure we are happy. Carla comes to greet us if she is on duty and if not, leaves us a message to make sure we are satisfied and if not, how to reach her.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They always made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was worry free.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Airport Hotel Albuquerque.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The desk clerk was very rude. We have stayed at other Best Western hotels and I have felt welcome and comfortable.

They are so nice and accommodating.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They always wanted to know if there was anything else they could provide for us to make our stay nicer. They called after our check in to make sure everything was okay.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Airport Hotel Albuquerque.

They were always very happy to hear from us and have bent over backwards to see that our stay has been exceptional.

This hotel made me feel excited: The staff was very upbeat and fun, which made it very exciting to be there and out of town with such a congenial fun and accommodating staff.

Our stay was great after a minor complaint.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt very welcome there, except for one front desk clerk whom I complained about. It was resolved immediately. The rest of stay was great! The manager apologized for employee and bent over backwards to assure our business was welcomed.

It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because the doors properly locked and they had adequate personnel on the premises.
