The hotel has a good location, adequate facilities and it is close to the airport. The reasonable prices made for a pleasant stay.

I have a travel business and I was checking this hotel out for my clients. It was conveniently located to the airport and everything was fine.

Everyone and everything was absolutely perfect! The location was the closest hotel to our relatives' home. We enjoyed making our own fresh waffles and other delicious breakfast options!

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and events. They even made sure that we had a room with a good view of the balloon ascension, even though it was grounded due to weather!

It is a very nice hotel in a convenient location for airport travel if needed. The rooms and the beds were clean and very comfortable. The TV was satellite, but with not a lot of stations. The DSL internet connection worked very well.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room and hotel were. The bed was a very nice Pillow Top. The room was very clean. The TV and DSL in the room worked well. Breakfast was excellent, I love those Belgian waffles! The water pressure could have been better, there was a nice showerhead with features that didn't work because of water pressure or lack thereof. I recommend it to any traveler in area. There is no airport noise to speak of. We thought it might be a problem, being so close. It was not.

We had superior service and a great large suite for our stay. The hotel breakfast buffet was the best! The kids loved the outdoor pool. They have a very friendly staff, the hotel is clean and sparkling. We will always stay here!

We were in NM for a high school water polo tournament. The continental breakfast was very good and the people were nice overall. There were some problems at checkout, though.

I liked the friendly help, as well as the room upgrades on occasion.

Albuquerque Airport Innsuites Hotel and Suites are very consistent.

The desk clerk was very rude. We have stayed at other Best Western hotels and I have felt welcome and comfortable.

The price is as expected from a national chain, location, right where I need to be. The staff were helpful.
