right at the airport, so convenient with the shuttle. wish i had know about this hotel sooner! loved the breakfast too. very clean. will definitely go...
Really not anything to dislike about this Best Western by the Airport, very friendly staff and a great full hot breakfast. The beds are to die for, that was the most comfortable bed that I have slept on in a long time, I wanted to take one home....

We were there for the National Bowling Tournament. Very close to the airport, and centrally located. Rooms were great beds wonderfull and a full breakfast too... The staff were all very friendly - thanks for a great...
48 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I received no customer service from the employees. The halls were dirty. I could not get bath towels and I was given hand towels instead. The lights were burnt out on the patio. The pool looked dirty. They ran out of coffee at breakfast and the eating area was messy!
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites Hotel & Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The quality of the hotel staff was mixed. The hotel was understaffed and the quality of services reflected it. The location was very convenient to the airport. The free breakfast was poorly serviced. The free happy hour was messy and probably unsanitary. The suite was large and comfortable. It was marginally a good value and very convenient for airport users.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites Hotel & Suites.

I will start by saying that our stay here was, by and large a good experience.
There was a small problem with 1 of the outside doors which over the weekend was fine to get in and out of, then on Monday it stopped recognizing most of the entry cards. ...
