The hotel has a good location, right off the highway. The rooms seem a little dark and outdated. The price was a little high for what you got.

The place was clean in a good location. I liked the internet service, the breakfast and the nice room. The hotel was good value.

Our stay was totally awesome. I had trouble getting online and the person at the desk went above and beyond to help me. Everyone there was very nice and eager to help. My husband is there frequently on business so we will stay there again when we go out there to visit him.

They allow pets and we have two dogs. For a fee, they are the most pet-friendly hotel chain we have found. The price is more than reasonable and the hotels in this chain are always clean, and the help is great.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The help was great. We were evacuating from Hurricane Rita; due to this, they allowed to check in five hours early (we had driven all night and were exhausted.) They were very helpful and suggested things to do around Abilene to entertain us. It was very clean, and the cleaning crew was also great. They actually showed up to clean the room before noon, which is rare these days.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Acorn Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was a good-sized room with comfortable beds. It was furnished well, and is close to restaurants. They made wakeup calls as needed.

This hotel made me feel welcome: On our bus tours, Best Westerns almost always hosted a 'welcoming reception' for us, serving punch and cookies. The next morning we enjoyed a continental breakfast.
