We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Inn Duncanville, the check process was speedy and yet very welcoming, the clerk went to great lengths to ensure that our stay was an excellent one. The staff was very helpful the rooms were very clean, public areas were well kept and very clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel. A lot of remodeling has been done, the hotel is in pretty good shape.

The location was good and the desk help was good. The room and the furnishings were old, but clean.

I came in to the hotel and see not so nice people hanging around the front desk. Gotten to the desk were no one at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. Finally, someone came and the clerk checked us in, which took even longer. Our reservations requested nonsmoking king size bed and she gave us a smoking with 2 beds. I rushed back to the front desk and was told they were sold out. My reservations was reserved a month ahead time. I immediately checked out and went to the Best Western in Duncanville which was much nicer and cozy. I felt a lot safer there.

The hotel was wonderful. They were very helpful with a last minute trip.

It’s a good value for the money! The hotel has a bar, a restaurant, and it’s in close proximity to shopping areas. I really enjoyed my stay there. I would recommend everyone to stay at this place.

Staying in this hotel was like going to some third world communist country where you could always expect the worst. The hotel seemed to cater to criminals while I was there including illegal traffic of all kinds.

The hotel was empty because it was Christmas, and they charged a lot because it was a holiday season. There were no individual doors to rooms and the outside door locked every time you let it go. I had a lot of trouble unloading my car. All the ligh
