male with an economy budget, traveling for business
i was in the town for duke energy and i found out that there are lot of hotels in town and i was looking for lowest rate with good quality room and service so i saw all the hotel's rooms and i like the bestway inn's room and the rate. The staff was very friendly, room service was excellent and excellent breakfast in morning. if i ever get chance to stay in Rock Hill, SC i would be staying at Bestway Inn.
Poor quality bedding, toliet lose from floor, wall paper peeling. No tables in breakfast area. On Saturday breakfast was "forgotten" and the manager had to make a Walmart run to get something. I didn't wait. Juice machine broken.

We are not totally fussy when we check in to a hotel/motel but,This one was horrible it took 3 telephones before they were able to find one that worked,we had to ask for a tv remote,the continental breakfast they advertised didnt even include hot...
