Awful

45 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

False hotel advertising. This hotel was nothing that it claimed to be. There were no locks on our door, we slept on box springs which with slipped discs in your back is Very uncomfortable. Hotel claimed to have continental breakfast, HBO, spa, and pool and had NONE of those. The carpet was crusty and hard my wife refused to walk on it barefoot, she described the room as "scary". Unfortunately for us we prepaid for our room online and could not get our money back or i would have been more comfortable and SAFER sleeping in my vehicle.

I am not likely to return to the Best Value Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I am very likely to return to the Best Value Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
