I hate the key card for entry since it often takes numerous swipes to get the door open. The first room had someone's clothes in it and they didn't even know it so was moved to another room.

My father had passed away and the hotel went out of their way to provide for us. My daughter and her family stayed in the room next to us and the hotel made sure that they were taken care of. This hotel went above and beyond the service that they gave us.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: I felt like we were treated just like everyone else and seeing the professionals going in and out and being treated the same gave me a sense of sophistication.
