strong chemical smell in room i think cleaning or insecticide made taking a meal in room taste the same i dont recomend eating in room
ugly old lumpy mishappen pillows faded stained bed clothes stains on floors old crt tv maybe 20 years old with poor picture quality and all around service was terible unhappy staff not glad to be there
if looking for a 4 star hotel this is not the one for your own sake find another hotel to ensure a good experience when visiting portland

Beautiful Hotel, very romantic with old world charm, not to mention the wonderful food and location. The beds were really comfortable and the room service was fantastic and speedy. I highly recommend.
