Good, Clean Basic Motel

55 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
We booked through Orbitz and showed up early (10:30 am) and there was a room available immediately. The clerk was smiling and friendly, and showed us to the room. It was a little old, but was immaculate. We appreciate a cooler room temperature and it was really cool. Our only complaint was the noisy vent fan, and we wish there'd been a pool, but as far as cleanliness, friendliness, convenience to the beach, and "bang for the buck", it was great. If you're not fussy about amenities, I'd recommend it.
