My family stayed there. There was mold on the ceiling and stains on the bedspread and carpets. It smelled of old cigarette smoke. The towels were as thin as tissues. This was NOT a good value. It felt dirty and old. I would not recommend this "resort" to anyone - ever!

I liked everything about it. It was a great experience.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very friendly even with our late check in. They made us feel like we were the only guests that mattered.

I am very likely to return to the Belleair Beach Resort Motel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
