I couldn`t believe the incredible deal we got online - ended up in a beautiful suite for only $189 US. Really beautiful - amazing. The service is wonderful, and the facilities are as nice as you would expect. The pool is wonderful. And right in the middle of the action on the strip. Hopefully we will get a similar deal in the future so we can return!

Brought the girlfriend to Vegas for her first time. I usually stay in different hotels on the strip but decided to splash out because I was bringing her. She loved it. Its a great hotel to bring that special someone.
We purchased a two night stay as a gift. My parents are celebrating their 50th wedding ann. this month. So we thought it would be nice for them to revisit their honeymoon destination 50 yrs. ago. They just loved the Bellagio! The beauty of the hotel to the guest services along with the wonderful buffets. We purchased two tickets for "O" which they absolutely loved!!! Thank You Bellagio~

Bellagio has great food!!! Concierge was great. As for as customer service for the REGULAR FOLKS(those that book through Vegas.com, Hotel.com etc) is total crap!!! They look right through you as if you're not there. When I was checking in they asked me if I wanted to leave a credit card for incidental charges since my room was prepaid. I said know, the clerks attitude quickly changed. She proceeded to tell me the that internet is 14.00/day, minibar is touch sensitive so don't touch it. We get to the room it is DIRTY!!! only the beds were made. We called the front desk said we'll have someone to come clean but we had to leave. We said we're not doing that we'd just got their with our luggage and wasn't going to leave the room for them to clean. We asked for another room after 10min. on the phone with the front desk we finally got another room. This room was okay here's the problem; 1)shower leaked, 2) sink drained extremely slow and hand foul odor. 3) No internet, 4) the business center cost 1.25/min for internet use & printing is $1/B&Wcopy, & 2.50/color copy. After about a half hour on the phone with sub hotel management they gave us 50.00 toward breakfast buffet, and because they still didn't fix the leaky shower we got another free breakfast but only after half hour of phone negotiation. We spoke with other people on the same floor with us and found they'd booked packaged deals through Vegas.com, Expedia, etc. They complained that they couldn't open doors in their room, sinks, toilets, showers didn't work properly. With our deal the first thing the front desk told us was that your room was prepaid and it was only 50.00/night. So that was their way of saying you're dirt so don't bother me. Their exclusive customers(the ones that pay the 3-500.00/night for room or the ones that are big gamblers they treat them like royalty. I could have stayed at the LaQuinta and got way better service and internet and business center is free. The only thing Bellagio didn't charge for was the air you breathe and that's probably because it was full of smoke. My recommendation stay at the LaQuinta, Comfort Suites, Holiday Inn at least you'll be treated like a human.

Basically it was kind of boring and the "check In" staff were not welcoming or accomodating or friendly for that matter. Too many lines and they charged for mini-bar items that we never used.
Yes, when you enter you are in the center of it all and it is Beautiful!!!!!
But, at night it was loud in the halls and our bathroom made a gurgling noise that kept us up. In the halls it was very smokey....not in the room, the room didn't smell, t

Excellent service! Fantastic facility: the rooms, the lobby, the casino, the restaurants, the grounds, the security, and the on-site activities are without parallel! In my many years of travel, I have stayed at no better hotel.

We just returned from 6 days at the Bellagio and can't say enough about it! We thought the Venetian was our favourite but the Bellagio is definitely equal or better. Our room was great. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We couldn't...
