I have stayed at the Bellagio in the past, and while there were no major problems with my most recent stay, I wasn't really impressed either. It took four calls to housekeeping to get towels (there weren't enough left in the room) and it took forever to get the front desk to answer the phone. Also, one of our wake-up calls came 12 hours after it was supposed to (7 PM instead of 7 AM). A hotel that charges this much shouldn't have problems like this. I don't think I'll be back again.
