great location. private, screened balconies, only 20 units, deck in the shade, deck over the beach, can watch kids in the surf - on and on.

I have owned at bel air for 4 years, what a great place, from the location to the view, to the units, to the airport so nearby. you cant go wrong with fort myers beach, whatever your looking for, from spring breakers, to quiet romance, to family activities, restaurants in every price range, and all within a 10 min walk in one direction or another.

Bought a timeshare in Bel-air beach club 2 yrs ago. Love it I like the area because is quiet and very private the pool is excellent. Highly recommend walking distance from town.
