I stayed at the Beech Tree Inn & Cottage in July, . What a great place to stay. The room was very very clean, roomy and cozy. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast each morning was awesome, made to order. I will definately be back...

Newport is a great weekend getaway and this is the perfect place to sleep, shower and relax. Nice rooms and great service. Quiet stay with very good breakfast. I would recommend a short trip to Newport and a stay at the Beach Tree.

Very friendly, we stayed in one of their Queen bedrooms and it was lovely. The breakfast was very good and made to order. This b&b is a good value. Dont hesitate.
