Bedford Plaza Hotel

Large light-filled foyer. ATM machine in lobby. Friendly staff. Indoor pool. Great for groups.

In its hey day this may of been a nice hotel. When we arrived, the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs to get to the top floor. The pool was out of service also. The curtains in our room did not stay closed to the window overlooking the hallway.

Have breakfast elsewhere as the "free" breakfast was pitiful. Not much of a selection of pastries or cereals.

This is a 1 star location at best. Hopefully it undergoes more repairs and can redeem itself.

With easy access to historic Massachusetts places like Lexington and Concord as well as the vibrant city of Boston, Bedford Plaza Hotel offers the best of both worlds-a peaceful setting that's close to dozens of exciting New England attractions. The town of Bedford is a hub for corporation like IBM and SAP, making it an ideal choice for business travelers too.

The breakfast was excellent. Only 15 minutes from Alewife station.

This was a nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable. I thought the restaurant was a little small but the food and service were very good. They have some indoor parking. Overall, if I wind up going back to that area for another vacation, I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were very nice to me and my family. Whenever we came across one of their employees, it was always Sir or Ma'am. And they were always helpful, going above and beyond their duties.
