Beaumont Ranch Hotel - Page 2

My sister and I took our 4 daughters to Beaumont Ranch to celebrate my nieces graduation. We went on a Friday and started with the Fish Fry. The girls loved the cw music and relaxed atmosphere. On Saturday we all went horseback riding with Raul, he took us to Bluebonnet Hill to see the view of the ranch. It's a beautiful view and I highly recommend it! We finished up our day with massages and pedicures so that we all went home very refreshed. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Would love to go again.

This is where I got married and then went back for Valentines Day! I love this place. Very kind people, great food, western themed rooms, and great fun! My husband and I just love the ranch! If ever anything was wrong the staff was quick to fix it and/or make up for it. Of course it is a ranch (you are in the counrty). There is going to be some dust and even critters but that is part of it. If you want to experience country living at its best this is the place for you! We love it.

I took my husband here to celebrate his birthday and everything they did was a disaster. First of all, I asked for a room with a shower, tv and internet and was told I would have all three things. But when we got there there was no shower, no working tv and no internet and they acted as if I was even rude for asking about it! We were then moved to another place...the guest house...but don't let the name fool you. It was a filthy, bug infested place where the water completely reeked of sulfur so badly that we actually smelled after taking a shower. We asked for massages in the same room by female masseuses and they agreed to that and then when we go there they said we couldn't do that. There was little communication with the staff and our stay was so bad that we left after dinner and did not stay the second night. When we called and wrote to complain they completely dismissed us and what we had to say. Do not bother wasting your time or money on this place because the service is terrible and there are lots of other ranches in Texas!
