If you are used to a casino hotel with host service and are worth less than an average daily loss of $800 don't even bother. The slot hosts are the worst on the gulf coast. They are unprofessional, they make up policies and are just plain rude. For an $800 average daily loss I get fantastic service at the Grand Biloxi, Hard Rock and Island View. The Beau needs to learn about customer service.

This hotel made me feel secure: There is an obvious and visible presence of security personnel in the casino and at the entrance to the hotel. There is also security personnel posted at the guest elevators. The guests must show their room key to be able to enter.

The hotel is very elegant. Everything was done first class. I will continue staying there.

We always enjoy our stay at the Beau Rivage hotel. The only problem we ever have is in the interactive TV check out. It functions about fifty percent of the time.
