63 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
They "accidently" rented our room to other people who walked in on us. We paid by credit card and they double charged us and then said we would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. While all this was going on the manager could not be contacted. We were told we would be called on the next Monday when she came in but we were not. Had to call several times and then pose as a friend of the manager to even get her on the phone. She told us that there was nothing she could do. When we informed her that they had a money back guarantee she said that "didn't we get a good nights sleep" and we told her no we didn't that it is hard to sleep when we didn't know if a murderer or worse would be given access to our room. Do not ever book a room in this place!
