23 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We arrived here and the lobby smelled like garbage. In our room, the bathroom/shower were dirty and I did not even use it during the time there. We were told there were 2 pools, but they didn't tell us one of them was only 3 feet deep! The other pool was very dirty, hair floating on top everywhere. The workers were not helpful at all and were not kept up well in their appearance.
When we were checking out, my husband slipped on a step that was missing a slip guard and was soaking wet. He fell and his arm bled pretty badly, but the front desk did not even apologize, much less care if he was okay.
We stayed one night until we found a new hotel. What a mess.
