I loved the location and the indoor pool and jacuzzi was great ! The rooftop pool was enjoyable as well. We also spent 2 days swimmimg at Turtle Cay (across street),sister
We enjoyed our stay. The employees were friendly. Really nice hotel. The parking was a bit tight, but that's to be expected. More computers in the computer room would be helpful, when you have others that stay on them too long.

The resort has a good location overlooking the ocean. Rooms are not great, you enter thru the bedroom which if anyone is looking to maybe go out and come back while someone stays and goes to bed makes for lousy sleeping. At the end of my visit when checking out and I've had my resort for 7 years and never checked on my bill because I do not charge anything to my room that way I get no surprises. But upon checking out I found each time I picked up the phone it had cost me a dollar rather I reached anyone or not and if I happen to talk to someone then it was two dollars. Well maybe this is happening at other resorts and I have been lucky not to have had this surprise before but I will never stay anywhere again that charges for the phone calls I make. So this resort gets no referrals from me. I'm not sure what makes a five star resort but this one is not.
