The Beach ‘N Towne is a great quaint little place right on Rt.28 in S. Yarmouth, MA. The rooms are clean and bright, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful: they can answer any question you have about the Cape and fun places to go. The rates are very reasonable. There is a well maintained in-ground swimming pool and game area as well! The only slightly negative thing I have to say is that the furniture in the rooms is a little out dated, but is still very “homey”, it looks like furniture you might see in your grandma’s house. I’m going to get a room there every time I come back to the Cape!
