My family has had a timeshare at the Beach House for over 15 years and we love it. It's a great family oriented place with great activities for kids, a nice pool and hot tub, and a great, relatively quiet, beach.

My husband and I own 3 weeks of timeshare at different locations. The only one we never trade is our March week at The Beach House.
The Beach House is small so you get to meet and greet many of your fellow guests. The staff is excellent. Any small maintenance problems we have experienced (usually things not reported by the previous occupants) are looked after immediately. One bedroom units are small (most comfortable for 2) but clean and refurbished on a regular basis. Located at the quiet end of the Beach, the resort is close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions (all within a short drive. Not the fanciest, not as many activities, not as big as others but great for a break in a unit facing the ocean.
