Excellent
Nice hotel with a great breakfast area and food with 24 hour coffee. Only complaint is that they did not do a good job of having the snow and ice cleared from the parking lot.

I was double charged on my credit card for my night stay and had to continuously call to get reimbursed for one of the charges..it still has not happened and this is two weeks ongoing now...
Rooms are small, not enough towels in room, I would not stay here again.

While the staff was friendly, the carpet needs to be replaced and I wondered what was living in it. I could feel the matress springs beneath me which was very uncomfortable. I would not stay at the Baymont in Rockford, IL again.

The front desk staff was not very friendly at check in. She was not familiar with where the metrocenter was located at. The toilet did not flush and the phone did not work. They changed us to another room and the toilet in that room did not flush and the light bulbs were burnt out in the some of the lights. When we checked out we were not even asked how our stay was.
