Our stay was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. The only problem we had was that the television did not work properly but the problem was corrected in a timely manner.

I was given a smoking room and I requested to be placed in a room that did not smell like cigarette smoke. I had to carry my luggage all the way to another side of the hotel and I was told that the desk attendant would come to my room with the key card for the new room. They never came and I had to go back downstairs to collect it. There were no other customers at the desk requiring assistance, therefore there was no excuse for my having to go get it. The layout of the hotel was very inconvenient and it required me to carry my luggage down two flights of steps, exiting through a service door and re-entering through the main entrance where the elevators were located and these were the only elevators in the hotel.

The Baymont Inn was clean and comfortable.

This hotel made me feel content: The room was dark and quiet and the climate control was easy to adjust to a comfortable level.
