58 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Our room smelled, and the water there smelled like kerosene. Five people in our party got sick the day after we checked out. We notified them, and all they said was if stayed there again, they would give us deal on room. There is no way would ever stay there again.

Given wrong information and feel betrayed

45 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I made a reservation for my daughters birthday present and was told the room would have a fridge and microwave and when she got there it had neither one in the room and she and I was very upset because I feel we were betrayed and lied to and it was a special gift from me and so I think I should be given a free stay or something to make up for the frustration and aggravation we went through.
