The lady behind the counter was super helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room seemed clean and nice. I have never had a problem with Baymont Inn. This was close to a lot of resturants. Oh, and you HAVE to eat at Mellow Mushrooms for pizza! I...

I like the Baymont Inns, but my visit to this one was not so pleasurable. My room was so humid that the sheets, pillows, blankets, bedspread & carpet felt damp. It was not a nice feeling. Also, the electrical outlet for the hairdryer did not work ...

From the minute we got to the hotel until we left our stay was very good.The room was very comfortable, clean. The hotel staff was very nice. It was a great experience. We loved knoxville.
