I was recently at the hotel on business and everything was great! The free breakfast was awesome and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean too.

The room that we received when we arrived had not had the mirrors or the tub cleaned. The carpeting did not look as though it had been cleaned in a long time. We requested a second room and that room did not have a clean bathroom floor. Also, when I started the shower - rusty water ran out for a few seconds!!! Looks at the updating is a slow process here - only the vanities have been replaced. However, overall the rooms are not very clean.

Buyer beware! They overcharged me for an extra room, for a reservation I never made. I have fought with them for over a month about it. Their manager was like a robot and very unhelpful. I am a teacher and was bringing students to Kzoo for a festival. I pleaded with her to help our school out as we do not have a lot of money. She was unsympathetic and refused to help.
