I stayed at this facility Apr 16-19, 2009 and found it to be very adequate - while not a fancy place it met my needs very easily. My only complaint is that the L-shaped continental breakfast area is perfect for the obese who take 5-10 minutes prepa

You don't get what you pay for in this hotel. I have paid the same amount for a much nicer room.

The hotel was great as usual. My only problem was with reservations. They have recently switched to a new travel card service, and I have had problems with this one since I joined. Either the online reservation gets lost, or at first with the new card, you couldn't use it to make reservations with Baymont at all. I still haven't gotten any points with this card yet, despite at least two stays.

I had some problems with the room plumbing that were never got taken care of during my stay and it was quite inconvenient. The desk kept saying they would send someone to fix it and it did not happen. I asked for another room after several hours and I was told there were no others. They did not have any problem with charging me full price the next morning though. I also noticed that the bed sheets were mismatched and quite thin, not very comfortable.

Room should have been cleaner and better maintained. Floor needed vacuuming and two lamps needed bulbs. Floor not vacuumed daily.

The room was extremely wel appointed and the hotel staff were very helpful in providing the information needed to access the internet.
