I had tried to shave my legs, and cut myself. They provided band-aids for me, and there were a lot of other complimentary things. When I arrived, I had a pizza and pop. In the morning they served breakfast. All of it was complimentary. I also used the bus shuttle service to the University Hospital, when I went there to have surgery.
I loved the room, and the staff was very friendly. When I needed something that they could provide, they were right there with it. They also had a complimentary newspaper the day of my surgery. That was nice.

The shuttle service was good. The room was clean and comfortable. They had free high-speed internet and a swimming pool. I didn’t like the barking dog in the lobby.
