Great place to stay with family. The rooms were reasonable (coupon for 15% off was in a hot springs tour guide), the staff was soooo nice, and the room was comfortable (linens great). The breakfast was good. My 4 yr old loved this place... Beautiful views of the lake. A definate place to stay.

We got a lakeview room and it was beautiful! The service staff were friendly and the hot breakfast in the morning was filling. Make sure you get the lakeview. It is about 7-8 miles from downtown but with a toddler, this was much more relaxing.

The King Suite had a fantastic view, and the room itself was generous in size. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety from which to choose, and our whole trip couldn't have been more relaxing. In my view, it's the best location in Hot...
My new wife and I stayed on a weeknight and the front desk was polite and quick on check-in. But, once in the room, the bathroom was not clean, toilet was dirty. Had a king bed with 3 pillows the size of footballs without air. Sheets did not fit...
