I find Baymont Inns and Suites hotels to be consistently clean, the beds comfortable and the staff extremely professional and helpful. I have never been disappointed with their service and comfort.
We were given advice on local restaurants, including location and quality. We were greeted cordially and given information about safety, such as the closest exits. We were assured that we could have more pillows and towels if we desired. The room was just extremely comfortable and cozy. It was new and the showers were very classy.

I have made a few trips to Greenville, and stayed at this Hampton. It was really hot and humid and our A/C wasn't quite keeping up, or so I thought. I asked about it, only asking, but came back to the room a couple hours later to find they were changing the whole unit out for us. The hotel is getting old now unless it’s remodeled this year. Their housekeeping staff is extremely friendly. You never get the same person at the front desk, otherwise all the other people are super-wonderful.
