The staff were all friendly and helpful, service offered cheerfully and respectfully!! We were checked in by a very nice man - he was friendly and made us feel that he was sincerely glad that we were there. Between asking a couple friendly questions and really listening to us, he figured out how to please us as customers. I am sure the whole hotel is as clean and lovely as our room and the areas we saw were, but he picked up right away on my husband's difficulty getting around (though he tries to hide it!) and placed us in a beautiful room near the spa, mentioning it in away so my husband wasn't embarrassed. Later my husband and I figured, "Why not try it?" That spa turned out to be a real blessing for getting a good night's sleep!
The next morning we went to the desk to tell the mgr. about the fine job that the desk clerk did - only to find out that the desk clerk is the manager! I guess we should have paid more attention when talking with him! LOL! His graciousness continued as he checked to see if we were enjoying our stay, if there was anything we needed, etc.
That's what I have told people - GRACIOUS is the best description for the behavior of the employees we met, from the manager on down. We have recommended this hotel to several couples and will continue to advise friends to try it when traveling. We will certainly stay there again our next time through!

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay just one night.
The front desk support was outstanding, check in was painless and brief, and got us whatever we needed ( more pillows, internet cable for laptop, room close to pool, late checkout, etc.) We were the only ones in the pool that afternoon and evening and the next morning.
The large hot tub was a big hit with the kids and this adult, too. It was a very pleasant experience.

Okay
This hotel located off US 131 and 84th Street is fairly new. It was built in 2004 which is when I stayed. You can tell the owner of this hotel put quite a bit of money into the property. The lobby is a two-story lobby which features a very small...
