28 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel was a waste of $190. We only stayed one night. The beds were hard even though they claimed they had brand new mattresses. The pool was cold (colder than an outdoor pool in August) and when we complained about it they said it should be 82 degrees and did nothing. We were told our bed would have a kind size bed when we booked the room and when we checked in found out it was a full. When we complained about the room being misrepresented the manager said we could find another hotel if we like. Overall this was a terrible experience. The bathroom smelled of mildew, the blankets were not big enough for the beds, the cable cord ran all the way across the floor of the room. For this kind of service I could have stayed in a $39 a night motel. Complete ripoff.
