Baymont Inn and Suites Chattanooga Hotel - Page 1

I thought this was a fine establishment. It was easy to find, and the people were professional and friendly. The place was clean and quiet.

This hotel made me feel respected: They simply treated me like an important customer. While I was at the desk, I was the only concern of the desk agent.

The toilet seat was broken. I told the desk and nothing was done. (It was usable.)

Service was generally good, but my reservation was messed up. I had called and talked to a gentleman and ordered a suite, but when I got there they gave me a room.

I've never stayed in Baymont Inn and Suites before and this one did not excite me. I chose it because it looked newer than the surrounding ones. It's not as clean as other hotels I've visited. The breakfast area was too small for the crowd of people and food was less than good. Bulbs were out in two lamps in the room, and it smelled a little stale throughout the hotel.
