The front desk staff was very nice. They made sure I was satisfied. After my first night at the hotel, my room key stopped working. The staff took care of the problem immediately and they were always friendly.

It was easy to check in and the complimentary dinner and breakfast with beverages was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were great. They were able to book us a room at very short notice.
