Specifically asked when making reservation about beds. Was told they were pillowtop beds. They WERE NOT. Was told the jacuzzi suite had a real jacuzzi NOT a tub with jets. They LIED. It was a tub with jets. Specifically was told it was not. But when I questioned the general manager there she was rude and said that is the name brand of it. So it is a jacuzzi. She was VERY rude and loud about the above two items she was questioned about. Will NEVER stay at another Baymont. I will go back to the Hampton where EVERYTHING is perfect. The beds are the best and so is the service. Just thought a jacuzzi suite might be neat change. WRONG!!! The general manager, Nicole is very inconsiderate and rude.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very nice. As with most hotels in this class, the bathrooms aren't very big, but the rooms are spacious and well appointed.
The continental breakfast is well stocked and attended. Choices include fresh fruit, yogurt, heat and eat breakfast burritos, toast, pastries, hot and cold cereals, juice, coffee, milk, and probably a few things I'm forgetting. I highly recommend this hotel.
