We were in town for a concert and decided to stay overnight. After a long day the comfortable bed was very welcoming and we enjoyed the whole experience.

I have never been so glad to leave a hotel in ALL MY LIFE. Though the hotel staff was friendly enough, they were not helpful with the issues I had with your establishment. I am physically ate up with bug bites all over my legs, chest, arms and back because my room was full of gnats. And when I brought this to the staff's attention they dismissed it by saying it was "just that time of year". I asked for bug spray and they told me they could not find any but the convience store down the street would probably have some. SO NOT ACCEPTABLE! Next issue, the dampness (humidity), everything in the room was wet; the chairs, the rug, the blanket the sheets. To fix this problem I was told to turn the air conditioner on high, this made almost no difference except I all but froze laying in those damp sheets. Perhaps they could invest in some dehumidifiers for your rooms. Next issue, the pool, I really looked forward to being able to take a swim but the pool was closed, dirty and the water was GREEN! Hell I couldnt even sit beside the pool in the evening because it was dirty not just the water the entire pool area. Next issue, there was a man walking around the area, I mean right in the courtyard scraping a "knife-like" item on the concrete walls and across the doors of various rooms. Next issue, free wi-fi, that would be great if it would connect but it never did, not once. Last issue, the toilet in Rm. 116 (my room) runs, all the time, it ran the entire time I was there, it never stopped. I "jiggled the handle" like I was told to do but it didnt stop. I know the room was moderatley priced but I really expected it would be a little better than it was.
