Baymont Inn and Suites Hotel

1) The front desk clerk was not friendly upon check-in

2) The bathtub leaked around the drain

3) The front desk refused to provide real glasses for the room, only the Styrofoam ones

4) I needed a 5 am wake-up call and it never came through.

5) Upon checkout, the front desk clerk couldn't speak any English.

The hotel was very close to the university which I had to be going to for two days. It was a very comfortable place to stay at, it actually had a feeling like home.

I only stayed one night so I didn't get too much of an impression. The room was clean and well kept-up.

The location was much further from the airport than expected and without many choices for restaurants.

I stayed there only because my brother and his family live within walking distance from the hotel. I would stay there again.
