Baymont Inn and Suites Hotel

I reserved a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room. The manager offered to 'deorderize' it for me and seemed put off that I insisted that I get the room that I reserved. I asked for a refridgerator and could not get one. There are very few healthly places to eat nearby. The rooms are mediocre. I ignored the relatively low customer ratings, dismissing them a just a few unsatified customers who wanted to rant--but never again.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

Everyone should beware of leaving there Credit Card with this hotel for "incidentals", I stayed there 2 Saturday nights in a row. I never once picked up their phone or turned the TV on! I had over 43.00 of unexplained charges on my card. And as of today (which it has been several weeks) the hotel nor Corporate Baymont has not refunded this charge, or been able to explain where it came from. At first I was told I would be credited with in 10 business days, now that is long past and I have been told I would recieve a check in "a few" weeks. I will never stay at this hotel again!

The hotel was a total disappointment.

Besides the fact that the rooms were not clean and the bathrooms were no better,we had 2 people barge in our room at 12 am! The management gave them key cards to our room "accidentally". And upon calling the management all we got was "it was a mistake"no manager spoke to us.

I will never ever go back to this place again, I regret selecting this place through hotels.com.

The Baymont Inn was basically clean and safe. I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was better than most.
