They had run out of toiletries, they should be prepared if they are an airport hotel, and the desk person was somewhat abrupt in dealing with this matter.

The rooms were not clean and my reservations were not correct. The lights were not working, nor was the air conditioner. They have a very small area to sit for the continental breakfast and it has a poor selection. There is no bar in the hotel.

My only complaint is that our reservation was canceled and we were not made aware of this until we arrived for our stay. The hotel was able to get us into another room. The hotel location was very good. The comfort level and service were also good.
