It was in the process of remodeling so some things were a mess. Refrigerator in the room did not work properly.

I've stayed for business 3 summers now. Quiet, convenient and they always remember me, makes me feel special. Very satisfied. This years gripe-they were renovating and didn't say anything about it when called for reservations, then charged me more than usual.
This hotel made me feel secure: I've stay before on business, they know my name, and keep an eye out for me. The night attendant is always alert, etc.

The carpet was torn and dirty - was told they were in the process of upgrading. It was over the Thanksgiving holiday, and there was not maid service. On the plus side, I wasn't charged extra for my dog.
